Bottom Filter Groups for Paint Booths
In some countries, it is acceptable to remove the paint powder from the lower part of the wall instead of the floor.
Excavating and pouring out the removal pits in the floor can sometimes be unreasonably costly, or even nearly impossible to establish.
For this reason, some countries accept wall discharge; however, the necessary vertical (down-draft) airflow cannot be overlooked, and the best way to achieve this is to provide suction from the bottom filter group.
Since the paint powder is drawn from behind the operator and is dragged towards him and his breathing zone, the suction on the wall generally leads to a somewhat worse working environment for operators, which is a fundamental issue that must be avoided in all paint operations.

Bottom filter groups are primarily used in paint booths to ensure efficient removal of paint particles and maintain a safe working environment for operators.
