Flow Control Valve for Steel Abrasives (SGV)

The SGV flow control valve is designed for precise measurement of abrasive material in the pressurized air flow at the output of the sandblasting machine.

Design Features:

The SGV valve is utilized for dosing heavy or aggressive abrasive materials, such as steel balls, sand, or aluminum oxide. The SGV design prevents the valve body from coming into contact with the abrasive flow. The flow of abrasive material only contacts a rubber hose, which can be quickly replaced when worn. The abrasive material is measured by narrowing the rubber hose with a dosing screw.
