The UNITECH robot solution works by 3D scanning the unpainted part, and after scanning, the software automatically generates a program that plans the most optimal paint paths and optimizes paint consumption.

The size, shape, position, and orientation of each part are considered by 3D scanning and matching the part to the initial CAD drawing. As a result, the program is optimized for each piece. With UNITECH’s robot solutions, it is also possible to adjust painting parameters such as angle, speed, and paint pressure for every type of surface.
