UTC-125 Pipe Coating Device

The UTC-125 is designed for coating the interior of pipes or tubes with an inner diameter ranging from 3” to 5” or Ø76mm to Ø125mm. The device features a rotating head that creates a 360° circular motion. The control of the paint flow is managed through a standard TN-SSTC-6 spray nozzle.

The UTC-125 is manually pulled through the pipe at a predetermined speed, depending on the desired paint film thickness and coating type. The paint is pumped from the airless painting system through the paint hose and atomized onto the inner wall of the pipe via centrifugal force, based on the speed of the rotating head.

There are four button sets that vary between ID 3” (Ø 76mm) and 5” (Ø 125mm).
