UTC-80/125 Internal Pipe Painting Tool

Diameter Range: 3” (Ø 76mm) to 5” (Ø 125mm)

The UTC-80/125 is designed for coating the inside of pipes or tubes with an internal diameter ranging from 3” to 5” (Ø 76 mm to Ø 125 mm). This machine is equipped with a 360° circular spray tip. The paint flow is regulated by a standard TN-SSTC-6 spray tip. The machine features a rotating head powered by an air motor, which evenly distributes the paint onto the surface using centrifugal force. The internal pipe painting tool must be connected to an airless paint machine with at least a 45:1 ratio.

ID Sizes: The tool includes four sets of buttons for pipes with an internal diameter (ID) ranging from 3” (Ø 76mm) to 5” (Ø 125mm).

Button Sizes:

• 4mm: Ø 76mm

• 8mm: Ø 83mm

• 15mm: Ø 97mm

• 20mm: Ø 107mm

• 28mm: Ø 125mm
