UTC-900 Internal Pipe Coating Device

Diameter Range: 12” (Ø 300mm) to 35” (Ø 900mm)

The UTC-900 is designed for coating the interior of pipes or tubes with an inner diameter ranging from 12” to 35” or Ø300mm to Ø900mm. The device features a rotating head that creates a 360° circular spraying pattern on the surface. The flow of paint is controlled via a standard TN-SSTC-6 spray tip.

Paint is pumped from the airless painting system through the paint hose and atomized by centrifugal force against the inner wall of the pipe, depending on the speed of the rotating head.

Centering Carrier:The carrier fits the UTC-900 as a single group. It consists of two collars, three two-wheeled cylinder rods, and four sets of centering feet (6 feet/set).
