UTC-300 Pipe Coating Device

Diameter Range: 6” (Ø 150mm) to 12” (Ø 300mm)

The UTC-300 is designed to coat the interior of pipes or tubes with an internal diameter ranging from 6” to 12” or Ø150mm to Ø300mm. The device features a rotating head that creates a 360° circular spray pattern against the surface. The flow of paint is controlled by a standard TN-SSTC-6 spray tip.

In general, any type of coating that can be sprayed without air pressure can be used with this device.

The centering carrier will have an adjustable diameter range between 6″ (Ø 150mm) and 12″ (Ø 300mm).

The pipe coating device must be connected to an airless paint machine with a minimum ratio of 45:1.
