White Aluminum Oxide
White fused alumina is an abrasive material with the highest purity among Al2O3-based materials. Compared to brown fused alumina, it is more homogeneous in terms of chemical composition, structure, and properties. It is ecologically clean, very hard, and resistant to aggressive chemicals. White fused alumina does not contain respirable free silica (SiO2) and complies with occupational health and safety standards. It is suitable for high-tech applications, including medical technology, aerospace technology, and surface cleaning of stainless steel products, as well as various other industries. This iron-free material is characterized by high purity, extreme whiteness, high hardness, and a wide range of precise grain sizes.
Applications: White fused alumina is reusable in compressed air blasting. It is used to create an anchor pattern before coating or bonding, removing rust, lime, sweeping, and for surface preparation on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, glass, stone, and other materials.
